Biographies

Michele Campbell, CAPE

Founder & Executive Director

Holds a BA in Physical Education with a concentration in Adapted Physical Education and an AAS in Physical Therapy Assisting.  She has over 25 years experience working with people ages 2 – 90+ in rehabilitation, youth crisis intervention, regular and adapted physical education working with those who are physically and developmentally challenged. 

Patrick McNamara

Attended LaSalle Academy High School in NYC.  Holds a BS in Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in NYC.  Retired New Jersey State Trooper after 26 years of service.  Married to Andrea for 27 years and has three daughters, Jamie (21), Katie (18) and Emily (13).  Member of West Milford Elks Lodge #2236 for 17 years.


Jamie McNamara

Graduate of Clifton Cerebral Palsy Center High School in June 2009.  She has been dancing with Meaningful Movements since 2000.  Jamie loves vacations, family gathering and supports all aspects of Meaningful Movements.  Jamie is the student advocate to the Board.

Mary Kay Klepper

Is a teaching assistant with the Bergen County Special Services school district.  She is pursuing a teaching certificate in grades K-5 and Special Education.  Mary Kay is married and the mother of three daughters and resides in River Edge.


John Mulholland

Is a Director at Royal Bank of Canada since 2006.  He has also held a senior management position at Merrill Lynch for 25 years.  He holds a BA from Marist College and an MBA from Long Island University in Finance.  In addition, he holds a M.Ed from William Paterson University.  John has served as president of the Glen Rock Basketball Association and has been a volunteer for many community associations including NJ Special Olympics.  John is married to Liz and they have three sons: Kevin, Ryan & John.  John “JJ” joined Meaningful Movements dance program in 2008.


Lorraine Kunz Married with three Children Ages 18, 14 and 5 years old.  Lorraine is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, 1984.

She is currently employed at ARDE, Inc as a Manufacturing Manager since 1988.

Lorraine has server the Girl Scouts USA - Lenni Lenape Council-Oakland Service Unit as a Girl Scout leader  - 1997 through present and as a Service Unit Manger 9/2002 through 2/2005.

Lorraine also serves her PTA/PTO from 1993 to present.  She has volunteered at many PTA/PTO activities of the years.  She prepared the Valley Middle School student directory fro 2003, 2004, and 2005.

Jennifer Claydon Loniewski

Holds a BA from Manhattan College in Psychology and Special Education.  She then earned her MA in School Counseling from the same college.

Jen has years of experience working with individuals of varying abilities from mild to severe.  She works as an Elementary School Counselor in Bergen County and loves the challenge of helping children reach their maximum potential!  She resides in Midland Park with her husband, Mike.

 

Michael Loniewski

A 2003 graduate of Marist College.  It is during that time that he discovered his passion for working with children with special needs.  Mike has been working in the field of special education for the past seven years in the Wayne Public School district.  He also serves as assistant football coach at Wayne Valley High School.  He resides in Midland Park with his wife, Jen.

Michelle Tompkins

Holds a BA in Special Education from William Paterson University.

Michelle was a member of two honor societies and was an advisor to the honor society at Palisades Park Jr/Sr. High School.  She is a NJ certified Teacher of the Handicapped and taught grades 7 – 12 at Palisades High School.  She worked with the inclusion team at her high school to help her students reach their highest potential.  Michelle resides in Glen Rock with her husband Mike and two sons.
